How long does a typical website content order take to complete?

It depends on the size and complexity of the website. If you need basic pages such as Home, About Us, FAQs, and Services, it usually takes about five to seven business days to complete the project. On the other hand, if your website needs hundreds of product descriptions or dozens of tutorials written, it will take more time.

Are revisions included in the price?

Yes, minor revisions are included. You will receive pages as they are written. This allows you to provide additional guidance and feedback regarding the tone, style, content, and general direction of the text.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. You will be asked to pay a 50 percent deposit before the work begins.

What types of payment do you accept?

PayPal is preferred as it is fast and easy for everyone involved. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay with your credit card through the PayPal invoicing service. If you prefer to pay directly with a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express card, we accept those as well.

Is research included?

Basic research is included as needed. For example, if you want an article on the latest trends affecting your industry, we will use various, credible sources to find out what those trends are as part of the content writing service. If extensive research is required, an additional fee may apply. However, we’ll let you know beforehand if that’s the case.

Is keyword research included?

No. If you would like us to research and recommend keywords, an additional fee will apply. If you have keywords that you’ve already identified and would like us to include those in the website content, we will be happy to do so as part of our regular website content writing service.

Will I own the website content you write for me?

Yes. We turn over all rights to the content upon payment in full. You can use the content in any way you’d like.

Will the content pass Copyscape or similar plagiarism detection tools?

Absolutely. All content is written from scratch (unless you ask us to edit your existing content). If the content contains any quotes or excerpts, they will be properly cited or attributed. Keep in mind that properly attributed quotes could trigger a flag or match in Copyscape and related tools, but rest assured that the content will be free of plagiarism.

Can I send you an article written by someone else and have you rewrite it?

Please don’t. What you can do is tell us what you have in mind. For example, if you liked an article you read titled “The ABCs of Knitting Needles,” tell us that you’d like an article about how to pick out knitting needles.
